Dental Practice Consulting Fees: Performance Based Consulting

Capital Dental Management Consulting Fees
We offer two additional consulting fees options to our fixed fee option and each is equipped with a form of performance guarantee depending upon our client's unique goals and objectives. These additional two options are only offered on a case by case basis. Inquire to see if you qualify.

Flat Rate Consulting - 10/10 Program
Overview:
The 10/10 flat rate Dental Practice Management consulting program is designed to provide our client with the certainty of a flat rate while providing a minimum performance guarantee. The 10/10 program establishes a minimum revenue increase threshold of 10%. If this threshold is not surpassed, our client will only pay 10% of our flat rate fee.
Term:
Until revenues have increased by at least 25% per reporting cycle and been maintained for three consecutive periods OR a maximum of six months; whichever comes first. Typically ninety days.
Performance Guarantee:
90% fee reduction if practice revenues are not increased by at least 10% per reporting period and sustained for three consecutive periods.

Performance-Based Consulting - 20/20 Program
Overview:
The 20/20 performance-based Practice Consulting program is designed to provide our client with a solution to hedge the risk of non-performance by paying 25% of our base fee. In exchange, the client agrees to pay a performance bonus equal to 25% of the annualized revenue increase.
Term:
A minimum of ninety days and not to exceed six months at the discretion of the consultant.
Performance Guarantee:
Based on a average office revenues of $600,00, annualized revenues would need to increase by $250,000 in order for Capital Dental Management to break even compared to the fixed fee option. In exchange for accepting this risk, there is significant financial gain for Capital Dental Management (and the client) in the event of dramatic revenue growth.

Well, our confidence comes from our experience. We have never had a client who has not achieved double-digit sales revenue growth, and many of our clients have exceeded triple-digit growth within ninety days.

At Capital Dental Management, we are proud of the value that we provide to our clients, and our fees are normally a very small fraction of the increased sales revenue we deliver.
As you evaluate your options, take into consideration the net impact of our revenue growth, expense reduction and the savings resulting from reduced turnover to your team. If you do, you will likely reach the conclusion that we are far less costly than lower priced consulting options.
